Queue management

End the physical line. Give out numbers instead.

JoinLah turns the crowd at your registration desk, food stall, or market booth into a virtual queue. Attendees scan a QR code, get a ticket like A012, and go sit down. A push notification brings them back when their turn is near. Built for events across Malaysia and Singapore.

A numbered ticket, and a phone that taps them on the shoulder.

Attendees join by QR code and get a ticket on their phone with their position and who is being served now. They do not have to stand and watch a counter. Your staff work a single operator screen: call the next number, mark it done, skip a no-show.

  • Join by QR code, no app to install
  • Push alerts when their turn approaches and when they are called
  • Operator view on any phone: call next, done, skip
  • No-shows auto-skip after a grace period you set
  • Live ticket status shows on the public event page

Every booth runs its own line.

For markets, food fairs, and maker events, hand each vendor their own queues. They get a dashboard, a phone operator view, and a booth display screen for a tablet or TV that shows the ticket being served. Staff links let booth helpers run the line without an account.

  • Separate queues per vendor or per counter
  • Booth display screen for a tablet or TV
  • Staff links for helpers, no login required
  • Transfer a ticket between queues when plans change

Queue management, answered.

How does a virtual queue work?

Attendees scan a QR code at your booth or on the event page and get a numbered ticket, like A012. They can walk away and do something else. When their turn is close, a push notification reaches their phone, and again when they are called. Your staff run the line from a phone: call next, mark done, or skip a no-show.

Do attendees need to install an app?

No. Joining a queue and receiving notifications both work in the phone's web browser. Attendees scan the QR code, tap to join, and allow notifications once. There is nothing to download.

Can each vendor or booth run its own queue?

Yes. For markets, pasar malam, and maker fairs, each vendor gets their own dashboard with their own queues, a phone operator view, and a booth display screen for a tablet or TV. You keep oversight of the whole event while each booth runs its own line.

What happens to people who do not show up when called?

You set a grace period per queue. When a called ticket does not respond in time, it auto-skips so the line keeps moving. Skipped attendees can rejoin without losing their place in your day.

Does it work for walk-ins who did not register?

Yes. Anyone can join a queue with just their name, no prior registration required. Walk-ins still get push notifications on their phone through the same QR flow. For registered attendees, the ticket links to their RSVP automatically.

Is the queue management free?

You can start for free and run queues on your event at no cost. Paid plans unlock higher attendee limits and additional modules. See the pricing page for the current free tier.
