Can several people scan at the same time?
Yes. Multiple team members can run the check-in page at once on different phones. Every scan broadcasts to all devices in real time, so the attendance list and counts stay in sync without refreshing.
Can I track check-ins across multiple sessions or days?
Yes. You can create named check-in sessions, like Day 1, Morning, or Afternoon, and track each attendee per session. Each scan also records which team member performed the check-in, so you have a full attendance history.
What if a guest forgets or cannot open their QR code?
You can check anyone in manually from the attendee list without a code. You can also resend the confirmation email with their QR from the dashboard at any time.
