One platform

Every part of your event. One app.

Most community events here run on a pile of tools — a Google Form for sign-ups, a spreadsheet to track who's coming, a QR scanner app at the door, a ticketing platform for paid seats, a separate lucky draw tool on the projector. Joinlah was built in Malaysia to replace all of that. Registration, ticketing, check-in, queues, announcements, lucky draws, and vendor booths — one dashboard, end to end.

Your event page, live in two minutes.

Set the title, date, location, and capacity. Add custom registration questions: dietary requirements, T-shirt sizes, team names. Publish and share the link. Add more fields later and notify existing attendees to fill them in.

  • Public registration page with full event details
  • Custom questions: text, dropdown, checkbox, and more
  • Fields editable after publishing, attendees are notified
  • Capacity limit and draft mode

Scan at the door from any phone.

Every guest gets a unique QR code the moment they register. The dedicated check-in page shows a live scanner, attendance stats, and the full attendee list side by side. Add named sessions for multi-day or multi-slot events and track each one separately.

  • QR codes auto-generated and emailed on registration
  • Scanner runs in any mobile browser, nothing to install
  • Multi-session check-in with a dropdown selector
  • Delegate check-in to a team member without full access

Queue tickets, without the standing around.

Attendees scan a QR code, get a numbered ticket like A012, and walk away. A push notification reaches their phone when their turn is near and again when they are called. Staff run the queue from a phone: call next, mark done, skip no-shows.

  • Join by QR code, no app to install
  • Push alerts when their turn approaches and when called
  • Operator view on any phone: call next, done, skip
  • No-shows auto-skip after a grace period you set
  • Open queues and live ticket status visible on the public event page

Decide who gets in.

Turn on approval mode and new registrations wait as pending until you review them. Approve or reject straight from the RSVP list. Approved attendees get their confirmation email and QR code; everyone else never takes up a seat.

  • Approval mode holds new registrations as pending
  • Approve or reject from the RSVP list in one tap
  • Confirmation email with QR code sent on approval
  • Works together with capacity limits

Sell tickets and collect payments.

Add ticket tiers to any event — free, paid, or mixed. Attendees pick their tier at registration, follow your payment instructions, and upload their proof. You confirm in the dashboard. Promo codes, capacity limits per tier, and a change-tier flow are all included.

  • Multiple ticket tiers with individual capacities and pricing
  • Attendees upload payment proof; you confirm from the dashboard
  • Promo codes per event with percentage or fixed discounts
  • Attendees can switch tier before payment is confirmed

Lucky draws on the big screen.

Open the fullscreen display window on the projector, then run the whole show from your phone. Draws pick from checked-in attendees, the winner reveal animates on screen, and the same remote advances slides and posts announcements.

  • Winners drawn from checked-in attendees only
  • Animated winner reveal on the fullscreen display
  • Phone remote for draws, slides, and announcements
  • Track drawn prizes and allow or block repeat winners

Vendors run their own booths.

Accept vendor applications for your makers market, pasar malam, or community fair. Each vendor gets a dashboard with their own queues, a phone operator view, and a booth display screen for a tablet or TV. You keep oversight; they handle their own line.

  • Vendors apply to your event and manage their own booth
  • Each vendor creates and runs their own queues
  • Booth display screen shows the ticket being served
  • Staff links let booth helpers operate without an account
  • Upload a venue map so attendees can find each booth

Ask it. It drafts the change.

Every event gets a support chat with an AI that already knows your registrations, attendance, and settings. Ask it to add an agenda item, schedule an announcement, or find who answered a custom question a certain way, and it drafts the exact change as a card in the chat. Nothing happens until you tap Apply. When it's out of its depth, hand the thread to a real person with one tap.

  • Drafts agenda items, announcements, custom fields, prizes, queues, and more
  • Every draft waits for your explicit Apply — nothing sends itself
  • Schedules announcements for later, not just immediate sends
  • Answers questions from your actual registration and check-in data
  • Hand off to a human teammate with one tap, any time

All in the same place.

Live RSVP list

Every registration appears in your dashboard with their form responses. Filter and sort any time.

Multi-session check-in

Configure named check-in sessions (Day 1, Morning, Afternoon) and track each attendee per session. Each scan records which team member performed the check-in.

Event agenda

Build a day-by-day schedule with session titles, speakers, and times. Attendees view it at the public event page.

Slide presentations and display window

Upload slides for your event, open a fullscreen display screen, and advance them remotely from your phone.

Push notifications

Attendees opt in from the confirmation page. Send announcements that land on their phone, and queue alerts fire automatically.

Attendee groups

Split attendees into named groups with capacities (tables, teams, buses). Assign whole registrations or split a group booking across several.

Feature modules

Turn ticketing, check-in, agenda, lucky draw, slides, announcements, groups, queues, vendors, and session bookings on or off per event. The dashboard only shows what you use — and you can toggle any module on or off after publishing.

Email confirmation

Attendees receive their personal QR code by email the moment they register. Nothing to follow up on.

Editable registration responses

Add new registration fields after an event is published. Existing attendees are notified and can fill in the new fields without re-registering.

Team collaboration with permissions

Invite team members and choose exactly what each person can do. Restrict specific members to certain check-in sessions or queues — all managed from one page.

Booth display screens

Every queue gets a public display URL. Open it on a tablet or TV at the booth to show the ticket being served.

Archive or delete events

Archive a finished event to move it out of your active list, restore it later, or delete it permanently with a typed confirmation.

Session bookings with waitlists

Create capacity-limited sessions for workshops, breakout talks, or any slot-based activity. Attendees book a spot from the public event page. When full, sessions can accept a waitlist and automatically promote the next person if someone cancels.

Ticket tiers and promo codes

Create multiple ticket types (General, VIP, Table) with individual capacities and prices. Attach per-event promo codes that apply percentage or fixed discounts at checkout.

Live chat on the display screen

Attendees scan a QR code to send messages and photos from their phones. Approved messages scroll on the fullscreen display in real time. Works for wedding wishes, audience Q&A, networking ice-breakers, or any event where you want the room talking.

Payment proof tracking

Each attendee uploads a screenshot of their transfer. The dashboard shows proof status per RSVP — pending, confirmed, or flagged — so nothing falls through.

Organizer notes per attendee

Leave a private note on any RSVP — visible to all collaborators, never to the attendee. Useful for flagging dietary needs, payment disputes, or anything the form didn't capture.

Consolidated attendee panel

Click any attendee to open a side panel showing every check-in session they attended, which team member scanned them, their queue tickets, lucky draw wins, and the organizer note — all in one place.
